A Group has been set up on FetLife under the name
"SUMMRTREAT"
This group has been set up for any type of communication between attendees.
Have any questions, post them there as we are sure that someone who has been
to Summrtreat in the past will be able to answer them.
Get to know people who will be attending in 2010, make new friends and enjoy yourself.
The cost for any additional nights of camping is $5.00/person. This allows you to camp here, the use of the showers and toilets. Hot tubs will be running and the use of the campfire and getting to know others who have arrived early. The only thing that will not be open is the dungeon. The dungeon will open when Summrtreat actually starts, 6pm on Friday, July 30, 2010.
Payment for additional nights of camping are to be paid when you register for Summrtreat on site. Anyone who arrives early will not be able to actually register till July 30, 2010.
As specific activities that you are able to take part in are decided upon we will post them in this area. Remember, taking part in any activities is a great way to earn extra Summrtreat Bucks for the Dom/slave Auction on Sunday afternoon.
Of course, our main event - Dom/slave Auction Sunday afternoon around 3pm.
Mud Wrestling Saturday or Sunday afternoon - all depending on the weather.
Vendors Market Saturday and Sunday from 11am - 3pm.
Mixer (explained in your registration package) Starts on Friday at registration, ending on Sunday afternoon just prior to the Dom/slave Auction.
Saturday dinner - this is for the most spectacular Pot Luck we have seen. We ask that everyone bring a dish of your favorite to share. Please have your item out and ready for eating at 6pm. If you need to warm up the item, or cook it, please ensure you have given yourself enough time to do this. We do have the campfire going and there is also a large barbeque on the deck that can be used. Everyone is responsible for ensuring their dish is ready for dinner. We do not have people there to prepare your dish for you.
Sunday dinner - this dinner is supplied by Summrtreat. Menu will be supplied at a later date, but you will not be disappointed as usual.
SUMMRTREAT DUNGEON RULES
The rules will be in your registration packages when you arrive, and they will also be posted around the dungeon.
The main rule, as in any other Dungeon you have been to is - The DM's ruling is final and that all instructions given by the DM's are to be followed. If you have any problems with this, please stop your play and take it up with the DM's and Don Carlos. After this the ruling will be final.
NOTE: In regards to the Dungeon, the equipment that is in place has been checked out and tested by the owners of Summrtreat. If you would like to bring furniture of your own, you are required to contact Don Carlos prior to the event for permission to set it up. Only approved equipment, and that is approved by Don Carlos will be allowed in the Dungeon or anywhere else on the Summrtreat site during the weekend.
UMMRTREAT 2010 T-SHIRTS
This year we will be having t-shirts printed up for Summrtreat.
The design of the t-shirt is going to be contest. We ask that anyone wishing to submit a design to send it proof ready to information@summrtreat.com . These must be in by June 1, 2010. The winner of the design will be given a t-shirt.
COST OF THE T-SHIRTS / TANK TOPS ARE $25.00 EACH.
THESE MUST BE ORDERED AND PAID FOR BY JULY 1, 2010. AFTER THAT, SORRY BUT WE WILL NOT BE TAKING ANY MORE ORDERS.
We will probably have a few extra t-shirts printed up and you can purchase at Summrtreat, but don't always count on that.
T-shirts / tank tops will be black with a wihite design.
There are a few ways to order your t-shirts
1. Order online and pay by paypal.
2. Order online and pay by email money transfer
3. Order online and pay Don Carlos or tori in person
4. Order from us personally when you happen to meet up with us.

Once you have completed the order form and if you are paying by paypal, please click on the link below to complete the payment for your t-shirts.
If you are paying in a different format than paypal, please send an email to information@summrtreat.com and advise us how payment will be made. Remember they must be paid by July 1, 2010 so that we can get the order printed and they will be ready to pick up when you register on site once you have arrived at Summrtreat 2010.

In an effort to make Summrteat an enjoyable and safe experience for all, we ask that you please adhere to these few rules. Your cooperation is necessary.
1. No Photography - Cameras and other recording devices are not allowed. If you would like any pictures taken, please talk with Don Carlos and he or his designate will be more than happy to take the pictures. All pictures taken will be kept in the strictest confidence. If you would like copies of the pictures, following Summrtreat pictures will be burnt to a CD and either given to you personally or mailed to you. Please be advised you will not receive all pictures taken, unless we have explicit instructions by persons appearing in the pictures that they can be released, you will only receive pictures with yourself in them and any general pictures of the Summrtreat site.
2. No Drugs - Drugs are not permitted on the property. Persons found in possession of drugs or under the influence will be asked to leave.
3. No Guns - Firearms whether real or replicas are prohibited. This includes paintball guns. Squirt guns and super soakers that look like toys are allowed.
4. No Minors - Summrtreat supports Safe and Sane play amongst consenting adults. You must be 18 years of age or older to be on the property. If we do not know you, or we are not sure that you are 18 years old, you will be asked for picture identification. This must be produced or you will be requested to leave.
5. No Pets. We prefer that pets are not brought with you, as this can at times be very distracting and at times annoying to other guests. There is 1 pet here now, she is a cat, who belong on the property, Her name is Cleo and usually will not bother people outside, unless you are harboring mice. She does go out into the yard, bush, but she is also a house cat, so most nights she is inside. Please, bring your human pets to this event - we all like to have those around.
6. Open Fires - There is one fire pit by the house, this is the only pit to be used, or have fires in. This will be going at all times (or at least the coal bed) and just more wood is then needed to get it going again.
7. Smoking - Smoking is permitted throughout the entire site. We ask that you do not smoke under any tents, or if in the Dungeon you refrain from smoking around any scenes that are taking place. Please ensure that you dispose of your butts in the cans provided throughout the property
9. Dispose Trash Properly. You will be advised when you arrive as to where we would like to have the trash/garbage placed throughout the weekend.
10. Quiet Hours. The common/dungeon area will be open till approx. 1am. After that time we request that noise is kept to a minimum - but we all do understand if you are beating your sub/slave in your own campsite and they yell out (we know that cannot be helped). After 1am no generators or electrical devices are to be run, with exception to the hot tub - runs 24 hours/day. The lights by the hot tub - these can be left on during the night so that everyone knows their way to the hot tub.
11. Be Considerate of fellow campers
12. Clean up your area when leaving. We ask that your personal area be cleaned up, that it is left in the same state as when you moved in.
13. Please comply with any suggestions and directions issued by Summrtreat Organizers.
14. As we will all be adults at the event - please if you are approaching someone to communicate / play or whatever - if you get "NO" - NO means NO. We want to ensure that this is only a positive experience for everyone. This pertains to both males and females - if you are uncomfortable in a situation, please walk away, please say NO. We feel that this is something very important - because if we find anyone being pestered, the organizers will step in and correct this action with whatever action is required.
15. You are responsible for your own safety - but always remember if you require assistance of any kind - please, please ask. There are many around that will be more than willing to assist you.
16. Outdoor Showers - We do have 2 outdoor showers for everyone's use.
