WEEKEND ACTIVITIES
A Group has been set up on Fetlife under the name
"SUMMRTREAT"
This group has been set up for any type of communication between attendees.
Have any questions, post them there as we are sure that someone who has been
to Summrtreat in the past will be able to answer them.
Get to know people who will be attending in 2009, make new friends and enjoy yourself.
This event is for fun and maybe, try something new. All scenes are to be negotiated by you and whoever bids on you and wins. This would be with all parties concerned. For subs/slaves that are owned (collared), your Master/Mistress should always be included in any negotiations.
What happens: When you arrive at Summrtreat, you will be given a sign up form for the Dom/slave Auction. This is not mandatory that you complete one - that is your choice (or the choice of your owner). If you would like to take part, please complete and return it to the registration table by noon on Sunday.
The auction will begin at approx. 3pm on Sunday (prior to Dinner). We have found out that in the past years, doing it this early is the only way to get through all auctioned items (people).
When the auction begins who ever is being auctioned off will be brought to the front for all to see, and then whatever you have chosen to auction off will be explained to everyone and the bidding will begin. Examples of what you can auction off - but use your own imagination. Begin a Top/Dom, maybe you are real good with bondage / violet wand / fire play and you want to auction off a scene using those items. Can be 1 or many, that is your choice. If you are a sub/slave/bottom and there is something that you truly enjoy or something that you have been dying to experience, then put yourself up for auction and there is somebody in the audience that would love to buy you for that specific scene. This is what is auctioned off, you can also put a time limit to it as well, actually you can put any limits onto your scene. Anyone can bid on this, and they can bid on it for themselves or even for someone else (but all has to be within everyone's limits). Once the auction is complete, you will actually negotiate the complete scene. The scene can happen anytime that the parties concerned have agreed to. All negotiated scenes are to take place prior to the closing of Summrtreat.
Remember you can be as specific as to the scene/time allotment/limits as you want. This is for your enjoyment/experience. Have a great time and enjoy it as much as you can.
This scene is to take place at Summrtreat only and in an open area so that the DM's are there to ensure that all is going okay with your scene.
MUD WRESTLING - this was started in 2007 and was a great success. Yes, they were actually wrestling in mud, and yes we did have a winner, and hoping she will defend her title in 2008.
Please sign up for this event at the Registration Table when you arrive. This event will take place on Saturday afternoon in the mud pit.
Note to everyone - we do use clean fill for this - we do not dig up the dirt in the yard, we do purchase clean fill for this event.
Vendors Market - We will have different vendors set up on Saturday and Sunday Afternoon. Please browse and see if there are any new toys you would like to have.

SUMMRTREAT BUCKS
Now of course everyone is wondering, will the auction be using real money, the answer is NO.
When you arrive and have registered, in your registration package you will have Summrtreat bucks. Now from past experience, what you get in your package will never be enough for the auction. People have learnt that the more money you have, the more you can buy at the action - or even have a chance to bid on someone.
Now how do you get more Summrtreat Bucks? We as organizers do give you opportunities to earn more. There will be games / activities throughout the weekend. So taking part in the games can fill your pockets. These games are for fun only - so take part and enjoy.
We also ask for volunteers to assist with minimal tasks throughout the weekend. If you would like to volunteer, after we have received your registration an email will be sent to you asking for volunteers, and all you have to do is reply with what you would like to do. Once we have the volunteers, an email will be sent to you with details of the duties and we only ask that you ensure that you take care of them throughtout the weekend. All you have to do is take care of one or more of these things, and we say thank you with Summrtreat Bucks.
Now there can be some more innovative ways of obtaining Summrtreat Bucks:
When you arrive with your sub/slave - just tell them that by the time the auction begins you want to have $$$$$ so much in Summrtreat Bucks. Let them do the work for you - then they will have to come up with ways of getting you more money. Ideas that come to mind could be:
1. Give someone a massage (make sure they know before hand how much in Summrtreat Bucks it will cost
2. Go out and do some good deeds, and get the bucks that way.
In other words, use your imagination, remember everyone out for the weekend are "KINKY" folks and they all want to have a good time. Just remember, have fun while you are doing it - that is what Summrtreat is all about.
As like any event, volunteers are needed to help make the event a success. We are asking for volunteers to do various tasks throughout the weekend.
The reason for volunteers, well the main one is, is that if we do not have volunteers to assist then we will probably have to hire people to help throughout the weekend and then the cost of the event will go up for everyone.
For the first 2 years we have been able to do it with a minimum amount of people, but after 2006 (over 60 people) and 2007 (over 80 people) and 2008 (100 people) and 2009 (150 people)out for the weekend, we cannot do it alone.
What will happen, after you have submitted your registration form, we will send out an email asking for volunteers with a listing of the areas needed. We would ask that either you reply with the areas you will help with or sign up when you arrive on site.
We would prefer if you replied with an email, then we would know what areas still need looking after prior to the start of Summrtreat.
To say thank you, we would ask anyone who volunteered to come to the Erotic Fetish Source table at the Vendors Market and you will be given Summrtreat Bucks to use during the Dom/slave Auction.
